General conditions of service

• The maximum capacity is 10 passengers and 2 crew members.
• The boat has all the safety features required by the maritime administration for each person on board.
• The boat has a Civil Liability Insurance according to the law and a S.O.V. excess. (Compulsory Passenger Insurance).
• Cadaquésbluexperience.com does not provide passengers with sun creams, painkillers or anti-seasickness pills.

Reservas

Bookings can be made by e-mail to [email protected], or by telephone on +34 639 040 072 / +34 615 270 497.

Terms of payment and cancellation:

A firm reservation requires the payment of 50% of the total amount of the service. If 50% of the total amount has not been paid, the booking is not confirmed and Cadaquesbluexperience.com can cancel the request at any time.

The second part of the payment is made at the latest on the day of departure, by credit card through the Cadaquesbluexperience.com dataphone.

In the event that full payment for the excursion has not been made before departure, the excursion will not take place and Cadaquesbluexperience.com will not refund the first payment made.

Cancellation conditions:

a / If the tour is cancelled by Cadaquesbluexperience.com:

• The full amount paid is refunded. If the cancellation is due to bad weather, an alternative day will be arranged or the full amount paid will be refunded.

b / If cancelled by the customer:

• If the client gives notice of cancellation up to 15 days before departure, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
• If you give notice up to 7 days before departure, 25% of the amount will be refunded.
• The amount paid will not be refunded if the client gives notice less than 7 days before departure.

Disclaimer of responsibility

Tramontana Media S.L., owner of the boat, declines all liability to customers arising from:

• Failure to follow posted or recommended safety rules during navigation.
• Excessive alcohol consumption.
• Allergies, both from consumption of on-board catering and from unintentional contact with aquatic life.
